The company was founded in 2006 by Dr. Robert Zamboni, providing medicinal chemistry consulting services to both large and small, pharmaceutical and venture capital firms. With the recent downsizing in several Quebec Pharmaceutical companies and the resulting availability of highly qualified scientists, the company has decided to expand its services to include medicinal chemistry and customs synthesis from milligram to kilogram scale.
